1. Any committee member receiving a complaint would forward it immediately to the CPO. 2. Any complaint received by the CPO would be recorded for reference. 3. A letter of acknowledgement would be sent to all complainants within 7 days. 4. Statements would be collected as soon as possible. 5. CPO would inform sub-committee of complaint but would not disclose any names. 6. Any complaints involving child abuse would be forwarded immediately to the FA. 7. Once investigation completed the sub-committee will recommend a course of action the full committee. 8. A written response will be sent to both parties informing them of the committee’s decision. It will also outline the appeal process. 9. Any right to reply may result in the loss of anonymity. 10. The appeals committee decision is final. |
